Our half a beef comes in a approx. 200 lb package and Half of a Half approx. 100 lbs. Each animal will dress out differently, therefore we work closely with our customers to make sure they know what to expect from their purchase.

Our Butcher is local just South of Vermilion, AB. Quarter Cuts Ltd. do an incredible job and have a beautifully clean facility. Your half of the animal is labelled in the cooler and all your cuts are from that one half. We work with you to educate and decide which cuts would suit your family best. Specialty cuts like jerky, sausage and hamburgers are also available upon request.
